שני המטוסים הראשונים עם הכבד החדש, "פראיה דה סנטה מריה" ו"באיה דה טרפאל ", קיבלו את שמו תוך שימוש באותו תהליך. עם הסקרים הפתוחים הללו דרך הרשתות החברתיות, החברה רוצה לקרב את אנשי כף ורדה ולערב אותם בתהליך קבלת הפנים של המטוס החדש לארץ.

חברת התעופה קאבו ורדה מפעילה היום חמש מטוסי בואינג 757-200, שלוש בחכירה יבשה ושניים בחכירה רטובה, ומתכננת לקבל אחת נוספת עד סוף ינואר להחליף את אחד ממטוסי החכירה הרטובים.
